You can request credentials for an NBA as follows:

• Amazon staff requesting a credential for gamedays must have a working function on site.
• Preseason & regular season game credentials: will require first name, last name, contact info, and working function.
• All credential requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to each event.
• NBA marquee event credentials: more info will be sent out closer to the event. (i.e., NBA Cup in Vegas)
• If parking is required please select “yes” on this form.

• All parking requests are subject to availability.
