Requesting Iconik Access
If you’re requesting access to Iconik then you need to complete a SIM ticket which can be accessed here:
Complete the ticket and someone from the Media Management will set up Iconik access for you.
Creating Iconik Accounts for Users with Conflicting Iconik Access
If a user needs Iconik access but already has access to a conflicting Iconik environment (such as Amazon PV Studios Marketing), you will need to create their user account in the PVLS Iconik environment using +pvls at the end of their alias in their email address (johndoe+pvls@amazon.com instead of johndoe@amazon.com) so that Iconik sees it as a different email than the one already associated to the conflicting environment.
Make sure to alert the user to be aware of this when logging into the PVLS Iconik environment.
